Working Days: 6 Days a Week - Monday - Saturday.
Day Shift: 8.00 AM- 10.00 PM- Female Candidates - 8.00 PM Max Shift
Candidates with a minimum over all 7 yrs plus work Experience with a minimum 3/4 yrs in core Process Excellence.
Candidates preferred from a BPO Voice process, with projects working experience in Customer Service.
- 4+ Years in Quality / Six Sigma role
- Exposure in Service Quality of Voice / Data Process
- Exposure to Data Analysis
- Hands on with statistical concepts and quality tools
- eCommerce background desired
- Exposure and hands on experience in driving and mentoring Lean/Six Sigma/ business projects and initiatives
- Has to be black belt certified
- Drive Business Process Excellence and Transformation Projects across the business
- Lead and mentor up to potential GB and BB projects
- Identify key areas for Operations and drive improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation etc.) to attain business excellence
- Facilitate process transitions and SLA adherence for the processes in the business
- Embrace change and drive training on Six-Sigma to help develop Quality DNA within the business
