Primary Responsibilities :

- Training/facilitation and hand holding project teams on Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI models - QMS

- Processes & associated artifacts definition, facilitating project teams right from planning- to execution

- Prepare and present periodic status reports to project teams independently, including reporting to Senior management

- Identifying improvement opportunities and participate in process improvement initiatives, past experience of SEPG is an added advantage

- Performing Monthly compliance audits and assessment, timely report and close audit finding

- Software metrics definition based on various methodologies - Agile and waterfall, Quantitative analysis of metrics data, provide insights and generate PCBs

- Identify problem areas and perform RCA

Qualification Required :

Experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI DEV/ SVC models, RCA

- Generate Process Capability Baselines (PCBs), Expertise in MS Excel - Functions level

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Good Training and presentation skills

- Ability to handle tasks independently Strong auditing skills

- Strong Analytical & problems solving skills

- Understanding statistical techniques, usage of process tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications :

- Statistical techniques, SEPG experience, Awareness of Six sigma methodology
