- Be a Subject-matter expert in terms of domain, industry, product, and processes.

- Work at the cutting edge of the product, as a liaison with the prospective client universe, industry with competitors, and internal functions.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, fairs, forums, etc. , to showcase BlueKaktus

- Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and contribute to the development of sales tactics.

- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.

- Respond to technical queries and provide detailed information about product capabilities, integration options, and customization possibilities.

- Prepare and deliver product technical presentations and solution proposals tailored to meet customer requirements.

- Engage with Customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape BlueKaktus solutions that align with customer needs.

- Design and document solution architectures, workflows, and integration approaches.

- Provide technical guidance and consulting to the Sales team and Customers throughout the sales motion.

- Conduct in-depth analyses and workshops to discover and quantify the potential value our solutions can provide to clients, including ROI calculations, cost savings projections, and revenue growth opportunities.

- Develop compelling value propositions and business cases that align our solutions with client objectives and decision criteria.

- Lead and manage the execution of proof of concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solutions in customer environments.

- Define success criteria for PoCs and ensure they are met within agreed timelines.

- Gather feedback from customers during PoC phases and iterate on solutions as necessary.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to our products.

- Share insights and best practices with internal teams to enhance overall product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

- Sales Target Achievement (Hunting + Farming).

- CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) of Pre-Sales.

Ideal Candidate:

- Supply chain domain experience: Must.

- Management/Technology Consulting experience (client-facing role): Must.

- SaaS experience: Desirable.

- Pre-Sales experience: Desirable
