What does a Pre-sales Consultant do in InMorphis?
The Pre-sales Assist the- sales- personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing- pre- demo needs analysis. Assess the customer's strategic needs and uncover the business- requirements. Gather the appropriate information to generate the proposal with the proper service components, pricing and assumptions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
- To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
- Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
- To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and service offerings and methodologies
- To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
- To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company's benefit
Skill required to perform the duty:-
- Proven track record in a pre-sales environment within an IT/software solutions business
- Technically skilled with a customer-focused mind and excellent communication skills
- Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations
- Ability to work independently and to be proactive
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel within a wide geographical area for client meetings
Required Skills:
- Develop customer solutions, demonstrations and POCs to support techno-functional sales
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with IT Sales and Solutions leadership planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.
- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
- RFP /RFQ/RFI Knowledge contribute to RFP/RFQ Response.
- Strong understanding of the Capability/Solution content
