Position: Consultant - PMO [On Contract]
Essential qualifications:
Candidate should be Graduate (IT/Science) from Tier 1/2 Colleges with good understanding of Finance & Operations
Experience:
- 1 to 4 years of top tier consulting firm with experience of managing complex projects. Hands on experience in leading & implementing high impact projects in Strategy, Marketing, Operations & M&A.
Desired Candidate :
- Need only B.Tech candidates having experience of 1-4 years working with top management consulting firms like Mckinsey, BCG, Bain & Co., AT Kearney, Monitor Deloitte, Tata Strategy Management Group.
Role Purpose:
- Robust project management to facilitate commercial and operational vertical to achieve business objective by developing & executing strategy for projects. Responsible to manage various cross-functional business initiatives in project mode with the use of analytical techniques
- Overall responsibility to lead strategy planning & execution in a very complex and dynamic environment. This includes ideation, forecasting, collection of market and competitor data, estimating profitability for new projects, executing of project plans, debottlenecking issues related to projects, stakeholder management in line with business goals, strengths and capabilities across key therapy areas
Brief Job Overview -
- Proactive approach to project management involving key internal and external stakeholders
- Market and competitor research to identify opportunity areas (differentiated approach in brand building, life cycle management, packaging, process augmentation, sales force effectiveness)
- Support in developing business case for new business avenues / life cycle management of brands in alignment to business goals
- Driving & Managing Execution of strategy with key stakeholders
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure successful planning & execution of strategic projects
- Robust project tracking and ensuring 2-way open communication throughout the organization
