Position - Consultant - Organization Effectiveness  Qualifications :  - MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background.   - Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS, SJMSOM, TISS, SCMHRD.   - Ideally year 2011-2012 passouts from the above institutes  - Candidates must have a good academic track record with at least 70 percent marks during MBA course.  Experience :  - 3 - 4 years of post MBA experience   - Person with previous experience with any reputed consulting firm would be preferred  Experience should cover :  - Organization Behavior  - Competency Mapping  - Organization Structure  - Talent Management  - Performance Appraisal Management  - Should have led a team of atleast 1-2 persons in a consulting role  - Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage.  Role :  - The candidate would be required to work on projects with our client in strategy projects.   - They would be responsible for the overall project execution including conceptualization & analysis, interaction with clients, maintaining quality standards, actively participate in knowledge creation, business development etc.  - Incumbent would be responsible for people management and managing teams of upto 4 -5 members  - As an PL, the candidate would have an added responsible for building new businesses, maintain client relationships and develop new geographies.  - The candidate would be required to work across verticals & across geographies.  - Candidate must be willing to travel extensively.  - The position would be based out of Mumbai.
