A reputed HR Consultancy Firm which offers uniquely customized solutions to organizations striving for significant transformation, is looking a HR/OD Consultant.
Role :
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
- Conduct introductory and advance coaching workshops for Learning Academy facilitators, HRBPs and business managers.
- Experience of management development.
- Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions
- Experience of partnering with third parties
- A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications
- Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences
Requirements :
- Certified Saville, MBTI, FIRO B, CPI or any other psychometric tools practitioners.
- 7-10 years of experience in the area of Leadership Development or carrying out C.E.O/Top management level interventions.
Candidates who have not done these certifications but have worked in the Leadership Development roles may apply.
