Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation module, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Configure and customize Workforce Compensation module to meet client-specific business needs, leveraging deep functional knowledge of the module's capabilities.
- Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas to automate compensation calculations and processes.
- Manage data migration and integration between Workforce Compensation and other HR systems.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including HR professionals, IT teams, and business leaders, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project success.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workforce Compensation systems in global environments, including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful implementations and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation module.
- Minimum 2-7 years of total experience in Oracle HCM/HRMS, with at least 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
