Consultant - Oracle BPM Solution Architect

We are currently hiring for one of a social networking site.

This is a contractor position for 3 months. Period can be extendable based on the requirements

Client is looking for an Oracle BPM expert to understand our core business processes and to propose/ recommend/ build new propositions on functionality and architect the IT changes in a SOA-BPM model with Oracle EBS Technology stack (R12).

Responsibilities:

- Will be playing Lead Solution Architect role in Oracle SOA /BPM Program.

- Minimum 10-12 years' experience with minimum 2 large scale implementation experience as a solution architect with Oracle technology, Expert in Oracle SOA / Middleware area, delivery ownership with distributed multi-vendor team, excellent communication skill

- Will be working closely with Business teams and Business Application development team in establishing the System Architecture for Oracle SOA/BPM platform

- Will be responsible for understanding Business requirements, effort estimation, owning optimal end-to-end solution design, preparing Solution Architecture Document, designing Business Service Architecture and deployment architecture, conforming to non-functional requirements in solution architecture, adhering to application performance SLAs

- Expert in implementation of Oracle Fusion Middleware – BPM 11g, SOA Suite 11g and Oracle ADF

- Oracle BPM experts with hands-on experience of implementing end-to-end BPM solution from planning, estimation to development, delivery in Agile iterative way

- Should be able to work in a small group and interface directly with client/project counterparts to ensure delivery schedule and quality is met with minimal or no oversight

- Strong knowledge of fundamental SOA technologies and Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, JMS

- Experience in BPEL orchestration and using Mediator, Adapters, Workflow and human task

- Experience in Oracle SOA Suite integration using Oracle integration repository and Business event

Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Information Systems or Computer Science) and proven Oracle EBS development experience with 11i or R12

- Proficient with tools used to support Oracle Application development including, but not limited to PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Forms, Reports, Workflow, OBIEE, Discoverer, Web Services, XML Publisher, JDeveloper with OA extension.

- Extensive experience in Oracle11.5.10 or. Oracle R12 Implementation and production support.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle table structures, API's, Schemas, Oracle open interfaces

- Experience in Oracle ERP integration with other platforms / 3rd party applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience in AIM/Agile methodology and documentation and driving technical design from functional specs.
