Overall Purpose of Role:
Leads Operational excellence for a Business Area (Technology/Operations/Shared Services) for Global Delivery Locations of which this role is responsible for an assigned LOB
Implements strategies to enable initiatives/projects that improves and measure business performance. Responsibilities include working with a LOBs in a specific Business area to implement programs to convert identified opportunities to delivery business benefit; executing and prioritizing multiple projects and project teams.

Executes strategies to enable initiatives/projects that improves and measure business performance.
Responsibilities include working with the LOB to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implementing programs to convert identified opportunities to delivery business benefit; managing projects and project teams; and maintaining necessary procedures to ensure business goals are met in a sustainable manner.
Facilitates reengineering of processes, analyses and recommends improvements. Establishes and recommends changes to the processes for Teams within the LOB with an objective of productivity improvements. Interacts with LOB heads. Partners with Managers to run the process improvement committees to deliver desired outcomes.
Train others on 'improvement' methodologies and assist in accreditation of individuals in Green and Black Belt training
Person Specifications:
MS or MBA wil be preferred
Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering related fields
Black Belt (Certified)
Min. 10 years work experience in leading Six Sigma Projects
Working knowledge of Process Definition, Implementation, Process Metrics, Quality / Process Models and frameworks like CMMI, ISO, ITIL, Prince, PMI
High Level of technical skills including advanced skills in statistical packages like Minitab and Excell Analytical Tool Pack
Expertise in Time & Motion, 'As is study' and identification of improvement opportunities
Open to extended travel
