Role Summary :
- You will be part of company's growing and pivotal consulting offering in India, reporting to the Head of Consulting.
- You will be expected to evolve and grow the consulting offering; both with existing services and newly developed services / capabilities (based upon demand in the market), working hand in hand with client executive owners to nurture existing relationships and close new business opportunities.
- At the core, you'll be a credible practitioner in the domain of customer engagement, becoming a trusted advisor to our key clients, internal peers and broader strategy group.
Specifically, you must :
- Be a credible practitioner in your field of Customer Engagement (CRM, Direct, Digital...), ideally having worked across multiple industries
- Understand how to leverage data of all flavors to intimately understand customers and enable their experiences
- Be familiar with developing landscape audits, customer personas, customer journeys and marketing engagement plans
- Communicating with clients, developing strategic recommendations and creating client presentations
- Have a business lexicon that allows you to talk in our senior client's language, articulate business problems and define business ambitions
- Be a trusted advisor to clients (demonstrated long-term relationships)
- Be a consultative seller (demonstrated commercial impact to a business)
- Understand (and embrace) how business, brand and customer strategy seamlessly converse in the modern marketing landscape
- Be able to balance left/right brain methods to deliver effective, creative outcomes for clients
- Be able to work with multiple stakeholders
If you can bring seasoned, demonstrated business and customer engagement/CRM experience and want to sit on the leading edge of customer engagement, defining it with the best and bravest clients in the region, we need to talk.
You are either from a Management Consultancy (Accenture, Deloitte, BCG, KPMG etc.) or an Agency Role with 7+ years relevant experience.
