Consultant/Manager/Sr Manager - Steel

We have this opportunity with one of the Fortune 500 Consulting companies for Steel Domain.

We have 3 level of position opened for the same i.e. Consultant \ Manager \ Senior Manager

Few basic roles and responsibilities listed are below for the same:

Business Development:

- Manage client relationships at key clients in the steel (and metals) industry. Develop and maintain relationships with top decision makers at key clients. Organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development and sales process. Demonstrate strong account management and relationship development capabilities. Overall, be responsible for business from a client and satisfaction of the client.

Engagement Management: Lead or support project teams in delivery of projects

Domain Development:

- Understands company offerings in the Steel Industry / Metals & Mining space and tailor them to client requirements in India. Develop point-of-view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

- People Development: Develop a team of professionals to enable growth. Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

- A minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience (Industry + consulting), of which 3-5 years in consulting
