- Lead agenda of data driven innovation for focus market / industry segment.
- Understanding the challenges faced by client teams working in different markets across the CG&S value chain to recommend the best data and insights powered solutions.
- Work with cross functional teams internally to understand the clients- needs and package the needs and requirements in form of widgets and solutions.
- Understand existing AI, analytics and data maturity landscape of CG&S client across different business functions and to develop potential data driven solutions.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views, CG&S best practices, client survey and stakeholder data and other external data sources to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Interface with client teams along with inputs from internal research and data insights teams to develop solutions for identified opportunities across CG&S Lines of Business
- Identify and recommend use cases in AI and Machine Learning across different CG&S functions including Customer Experience, Marketing and Promotions, Store Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics, trade promotions etc.
- Use analytics and data driven insights for creating business analysis, value proposition to address CG&S pain points: functional/operations/customer - leveraging CG&S domain expertise to identify potential gaps
- Map - as is- and design target process model, design - to be- processes / structures / workflow management/ business solutions, develop and manage business requirement specifications
- Build PoV, storyboard and wireframes for sales collateral and proposals for CG&S clients; and participate in client workshops and solution discussions
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams (CG&S domain knowledge experts, data scientists, AI and technology specialists) for development of relevant client solutions, new assets, tools and point of views
- Providing CG&S domain expertise for building future ready ideas and solutions across different CG&S Lines of Business.
What skills and qualifications do you need?
- You should have 4-14 years or work experience, majority of that should be with C&GS industry leading functional, operations or analytics teams or with Tier-1 consulting organizations with focus and experience in CG&S
- Experience in CG&S functions like RTM, Ecommerce, Web Analytics, Digitization, Customer Experience, Pricing and Promotions, Store Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics, Trade promotions driven through AI.
- Experience in CG&S related data analytics problems like Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modeling, Churn Modeling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems, Marketing Mix Optimization and Price Optimization.
- Experience of working with variety of enterprise and 3P data sources.
- Experience of working with enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications.
- Overall understanding of Database space (Databases, Data Warehouses, Reporting, Analytics)
- Open to learn new technologies in-line with organizational needs / direction
