Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant/Manager specializing in Operating Model & Organization Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational structures, job architecture redesign, future of work trends, GBS, shared services implementation, and change management strategies. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and hands-on implementation skills to deliver impactful solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on operating model design, organization restructuring, and job architecture redesign to drive efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients to assess current organizational structures, processes, and capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, workforce dynamics, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations and decision-making.
- Design and implement future of work strategies, including remote work policies, workforce optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop shared services frameworks and deployment plans to centralize support functions and streamline operations across the organization.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and implementation of recommended solutions, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training programs.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their consulting skills and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, HR, finance, and operations, to align strategies and drive integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
- Premier MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on operating model design, organization restructuring, and job architecture redesign.
- Proven track record of delivering complex consulting engagements, preferably within a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent.
- Expertise in future of work trends, including remote work, digital transformation, and workforce optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading project teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements.
