Job Description :
As a Marketing Measurement & Optimization Consultant, you will :
A. Be spearheading thought leadership and solution design on Marketing Measurement & Optimization problems for our clients
B. Solve business problems which involves :
1. Run discovery sessions with clients to understand landscape of their marketing data & analytics
2. Blueprint data strategy for marketing analytics - includes MDM, CDP, DMP etc.
3. Develop MMM solutions to measure effectiveness of marketing channels & optimization solutions to allocate spend across channels
4. Provide insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment
5. Develop and maintaining data and reporting process; Enrich measurement program with 3rd party data sources
6. Understand customer behavior to create segment based & personalized targeting frameworks for our clients
7. Identify right attribution technique to develop robust performance measurement
C. Understand challenges faced by our clients in the context of their business and industry
You can expect to :
1. Lead Marketing Analytics engagements and provide best-in-class solution to our clients
2. Work hands on and provide thought leadership to both clients and internal stakeholders
3. Work in a challenging environment with smart peer group
4. Develop product and accelerator strategy for CXM practice at Tredence
5. Be part of CXM pre-sales organization and drive lower funnel conversions
You have :
1. At least 5 years of working experience in Marketing Analytics related projects, specifically experience with Cross-campaign cross-channel analysis, MMM, MTA, unification of MMM & MTA
2. Tackled problems in Experience Management, Journey Analytics, Personalization, Marketing Measurement, Cookie-less Marketing, Digital Conversion Rate Optimization etc.
3. Strong analytical/logical thinking and communication skills
4. Proficient in :
1. SQL, R and/or Python
2. Visualization tools like Tableau or Power-BI
5. Experience in applying AI/ML & analytics techniques to Marketing Analytics related problems
6. Know-how of MarTech and Digital Experience products
7. Bachelors in Engineering or Masters in Statistics/Economics
Skills Required :
- Experience with Cross-campaign cross-channel analysis, MMM, MTA, unification of MMM & MTA, application of AI/ML & analytics techniques to Marketing Analytics related problems
Desirable Skills :
- Experience in SQL, R and/or Python, visualization tools like Tableau or Power-BI, know-how of MarTech and Digital Experience products including MDM, CDP, DMP etc.
