Consultant/Manager - Digital Finance Transformation

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant/Manager specializing in Digital Finance Transformation (DFT) with expertise in Workday Financials and/or SAP and/or Blackline implementations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and executing projects aimed at revolutionizing finance operations for our clients.

Responsibilities :

1. Client Engagement :

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives.

- Lead discussions and workshops to assess current financial processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop tailored solutions and roadmaps to drive digital finance transformation initiatives.

2. Implementation and Solution Design:

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Workday Financials and/or SAP and/or Blackline solutions, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

- Provide expert guidance on system integrations, data migration, and change management processes.

3. Technical Expertise : Any of these tools

- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP modules such as REFX IFRS 16 Lease Accounting, CFIN, Product Costing, SAP CO Project System/Accounting, COPA, and FSCM.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Blackline solutions, including consulting, solution design, and implementation of modules.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials, including consulting, solution design, and implementation of modules.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital finance technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.

4. Process Transformation:

- Drive process optimization and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations.

- Identify opportunities for automation and integration to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.

- Guide clients through organizational change and adoption of new technologies to maximize benefits.

5. Project Management:

- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.

- Proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to mitigate project delays or scope creep.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance)/CMA preferred.

- Minimum of 3-12 years of experience in digital finance transformation, with a focus on Workday financials and/or SAP and/or Blackline implementations.

- Experience working for Big 4 consulting firms is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of finance processes, including Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Cash (P2C), and Order-to-Cash (OTC).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Certification in Workday Financials and/or SAP and/or Blackline is highly desirable.
