Brief Requirement:

- Master education degree, preferably in the field of IT but not mandatory

- Minimum 7 years of experience working in IT industry, preferably in delivery management or content sales

- Understanding of Time & Material services sales and delivery

- Negotiation skills

- Fluent in English

- Focus on reaching goals

- High level of interpersonal skills

- High degree of self-drive and ability to work on autonomous position

- Experience in dealing with customers form Scandinavian countries

- Team handling skills (A people person)

- Extrovert with Pleasing personality

Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining relationships with current customers

- Taking active part in recruitment of new consultants

- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing 7N consultants at the customers

- Maintaining loyalty and motivation with 7N consultants at the customers

- Evaluation of work and quality of delivery with consultants and customers
