Consultant/Manager - Customer Strategy/Sales & Marketing Strategy/CRM Products Sector

We are hiring for Managerial level roles with a leading Consulting .

Position : Consulting

Experience : 7+ years with good Experience in Sales & Marketing Strategy/ Customer Strategy/ CRM Products sector and and Tier 1 MBA.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Will be defining project scope and deliverables, Manage delivery and project economics and Managing project risk

- Developed CRM strategy across people, process and technology for different clients

- Identified areas of improvement and target operating model for sales, marketing and servicing processes and technology architecture

- Responsible for Strategy execution through development of strategy articulation

Identify and work on business development opportunities

Lead or be part of client site visits and presentations

- The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C Suite executives

- Ensure smooth delivery of all projects undertaken
