Consultant/Manager - Corporate Strategy & Growth
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Strategy and Growth Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a tier 1 institute and a minimum of 3 - 6 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, growth and expansion strategy, business strategy transformation, shareholder value analysis, organization strategy, pricing and profit optimization, growth and innovation, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate growth strategies to drive business expansion and profitability.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align corporate strategy with business objectives and initiatives.
- Drive the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial viability and impact of strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development of strategic business plans and initiatives to optimize pricing, maximize profitability, and enhance shareholder value.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a tier 1 institute.
- 3-12 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, growth and expansion strategy, business strategy transformation, shareholder value analysis, organization strategy, pricing and profit optimization, growth and innovation, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong business acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change.
