About the Role:

Job Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities' of the role are:

- He/She will be attached to a dedicated events sponsorship team and will be responsible for identifying, generating, and monitoring sponsorships with regards to the book fairs/events scheduled for the year 2023-24 to be organised by NBT-India.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of national and international book fairs organised by NBT-India.

- Prepare strategic marketing outreach roadmaps for greater participation of government & private organisations.

- Draft proposals, prepare presentations and Excel sheets, position papers & concept notes, meeting records/minutes etc.

- Responsible to cover meetings and perform liaison duties with various stakeholders.

- Create engaging event content and social media collaterals.

Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency to work on government projects in a client-facing environment will be preferred.

- Proven experience in planning, organising, and marketing international events/fairs, preferably in the publishing or cultural sector.

- Good writing and analytical skills and experience in policy advocacy.

- Experience in writing letters and proposals, and preparing strategies, reports, and documents.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Education Qualifications:

- Applicants should possess a master's degree or an MBA from a reputed Indian or International Institution/University.

Experience (in yrs):

At least 3-5 years of experience in handling multilateral work in government/private organisations as a consultant with hands-on expertise in project management, marketing, procurement process etc
