Consultant - M&A - Life Sciences - Freelance Project Based Role

Life Sciences company into operations since last 7 years seeking M&A ( Sell Side Mandate) / PE.

Team Size of 100 +

Company is providing outsources services to Global top 5 pharma companies and has already acquired a healthy pipeline of projects.

Desired Candidate:

M&A advisory track record in life Sciences Sector. M&A consultants who can take up the project as freelance consultant can also apply.

Create dynamic financial models to enable evaluation of the financial and overall business impact of diverse scenarios of M&A and other external and internal strategic initiatives; develop, model and present alternative scenarios for maximizing financial returns, assessing risk and optimizing strategic and operational flexibility to key internal stakeholders, including senior management.

BENEFITS to Candidate:

This is a project based role and only success fee applies ( NO SALARY)

Successful candidate will be rewarded with a success fees of upto: 7-15% of Transaction Value

Contract period - 2-3 months

Contract Starting Date: 1st February 2016.
