Legal Consultant

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, loan agreements, service contracts, NDAs, share subscription/share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, and other standard agreements executed by the client in its regular course of business.

- resolve queries raised by business stakeholders and liaison with different verticals across the organization.

- Smart enough to handle stakeholders.

- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal and commercial contracts including purchase agreements, lease agreements, service contracts, construction contracts, and others as required.

- Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal requirements and that they accurately reflect the interests of the client.

- Advise the client on any legal risks associated with the contracts and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate those risks.

- Provide legal advice to the client on real estate law and regulations.

- Coordinate with other members of the legal team to ensure that all contracts are consistent with the client's overall legal strategy.

- Communicate effectively with the client and other stakeholders, including external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations that may impact the client's contracts.
