Min. essentials :

- 3-6 years of professional experience

- Bachelors / Masters in Law from any premier institute

- MBA would be be an added advantage

- Strong experience in drafting contracts, agreements, concessionaire documents, reviewing agreements

- Experience of working in the field of Consulting, especially with leading consulting firms

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Experience of leading teams, client relationship management

Work Location : Mumbai

Roles and responsibility :

The candidate would focus on various legal aspects like preparing contracts, agreements, performing due diligence, reviewing contracts, working on RFPs etc.

Reporting to : Any of the Managers / VPs

Compensation : Compensation shall be the best among peers
