Consultant Learning & OD for QSR MNC (on Contract for 12-18 Months) (4-6 yrs)
Title: Associate Learning and OD
Job Type: Contractual (Will be working on Thirdparty payroll) The stint will be for 12 to 18 months and if the performance is good, we will also look forward to absorbing this person as a regular employee.
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting Into: Head - Learning and OD
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on Talent Management, People Performance Review process
- Learning program designing and coordination, learning consultant identification and onboarding.
- Customize and implement global programs in India
- Learning needs analysis and learning calendar creation and implementation with stakeholder alignment
- Act as SPOC and Drive learning completion.
- Manage online learning platforms (LMS, LinkedIn Learning etc.) & publish training reports
- Support in the implementation of the learning strategy and organize various training programs as per the learning calendar
- Ensure all training aids are available to conduct the trainings
- Maintain database of all external vendors and source more as per the need
- Maintain training records - TNI's/ IDP etc.
- Support in design & delivery of soft skill trainings Learning Strategy for the BMU to support growth.
- Create & implement the Learning Road Map for all functions based on IDP / People Capability Matrix.
- Research on industry best practices and come up with innovative talent management, L&OD solutions.
- Lifecycle Management of Management Trainees and Summer Interns
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Graduate| MBA (Tier 2/3)
Experience:
- Essential: 4 to 6 years of work experience with good MNC's
- Experience in the L&OD function, Talent Management, People Performance Review and L&OD processes
Skills Required:
- Intermediate to high level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset
- Good Communication skills
