Consultant - Knowledge Management - Not For Profit Sector

As part of the Knowledge Creation and Dissemination team, the Consultant is expected to ideate design of the knowledge management system for the organisation, with inputs from the team's and senior leadership. The person will also be in charge of planning phased execution, identifying roles and responsibilities for the same and holding accountability of the roll out and execution.

Primary Responsibilities : 

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation plan for the organisation's knowledge management system.

- Identify phased execution plan in consultation with the Knowledge Creation team and the organisation's leadership.

- Work alongside senior folks to socialize the plan with the org and establish roles and responsibilities for execution.

- In charge for developing and onboarding teams on instructions and guidelines that need to be used for decentralized but consistent execution of the plan.

- Identify and projectize support needed from the Knowledge Creation team.

- Hold ultimate accountability for timely execution of the plan, raising flags well I advance to leadership for immediate troubleshooting and resolution
