IT Recruitment Consultant
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, or Masters degree in Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 1 years in account management role
- Strong stakeholder management, job description designing, and candidate and client coordination skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, and trends
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
