We have an Urgent opening as Consultant- IT Consulting - Manufacturing Execution System with a Top 3 IT Company

Role : Consultant- IT Consulting - Manufacturing Execution System

Location : Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai

Years of Experience : 12+ years in Automotive Industry in Plant floor IT. Preferably in Manufacturing Execution System .

Education : Bachelor in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical engineering

Requirements Include :

- Strong automotive business process understanding, ability to capture accurate business requirement from function heads (Quality, Material planning and logistic, Maintenance, vehicle assembly, industrial engineering) and translate them into process flows.

- Proven ability to work independently and successfully facilitate cross-functional teams, while implement MES solution within an established time frame.

- Experience with minimum two MES project implementation in automotive /Discrete manufacturing industry

- Defines changes and Consultation in analysis phase with other executing/involved parties (IT /Business/External vendors).

- Awareness of automotive plant floor equipment providers /related systems such as VIN label printing, Vehicle Electrical Testing, Fuel fill and oil fill systems, DC tooling . Examine communication (interface) between these systems with MES.

- Business Analyst should have good understanding of SAP interfaces with manufacturing execution system.

- Awareness of other plant floor IT support systems such asnetwork, infrastructure and servers related to MES.

- Business Analyst should have knowledge of plant floor end user systems such asBarcode scanners, printers, Andon boards,RFID readers and writers.

- Business Analyst should be aware of the interface of MES with SCADA system.

- High-level understanding of PLC and its integration with MES.

- Analytical skill, work out solutions of complex problems within the assigned knowledge areas independently, proactively point out problems that could occur.

- Knowledge of business functions
