Business Consulting Customer & Operations
Business Consulting practice works with clients to design and implement large scale transformation mandates around Customer strategies, new business models, sales and channel transformation and service (aftermarket) transformation. The basic idea is to develop a sector and industry specific expertise to ensure relevance SOLUTION.
The focus industries are Retail and Consumer, Industrial & Auto, Financial Services, Metals & Mining, Pharma & Agribusiness. There are teams that have skill sets across the spectrum including the ability to create and implement Customer Strategy, deliver effective marketing programs, Transform sales & service, and Drive user experience and innovation. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Client relationship building. Imperative to have an analytical bent of mind to identify industry trends and project future numbers to clients
- Define and deliver customer journeys
- Experience key business performance metrics and KPIs
- Establish and grow client relationships.
- Collaborate across disciplines, teams and organizational lines
- Build relationships with the client and team members
- Deliver & support during service delivery, report preparation and new lead generation
- Build and maintain deep, trusting and mutually valuable relationships with the stakeholders
- Make presentations and have a good understanding of Operations
- Should know how to use analytical tools such as R / Advanced Excel / other Analytics tools
REQUIREMENT:
- Relevant experience in Insurance and should have contributed in strategy and business transformation initiatives
- Experience in conducting primary/ secondary research for market assessment, competitive analysis, financial models for Insurance institutions
- Experience in Life OR Non-Life Insurance
- Exposure to digital marketing and sales processes or multi-channel management of products
- Ability to establish and grow client relationships. Able to collaborate across disciplines, teams and organizational lines
- Deliver & support during service delivery, report preparation and new lead generation
- Demonstrate ability to make presentation
- Should know how to use analytical tools such as R / Advanced Excel / other Analytics tools
