- You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team across various industries to assist public and private sector organizations involved in infrastructure to deliver desired outcomes, whether for society or for businesses.
- You will work on a wide range of infrastructure sectors including transport, energy, digital and social infrastructure, with diverse clientage such as public sector entities, infrastructure owners, project developers, large corporates, contractors, equity investors, and financiers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Independently lead engagements for clients such as government & public sector, corporates, institutional investors, and infrastructure developers related to the life cycle of Infrastructure projects (strategy, development, and performance)
- Conceptualize & develop reports on topics such as organizational policies, market assessment, market sizing, strategies, business plans, feasibility studies, business case evaluations, and capital investment plans
- Support Global Infrastructure advisory teams on business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals, pitches
- Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and points of view to develop market intelligence and sector knowledge
- Structure and storyboard on tasks related to data gathering, mining, benchmarking, leading best practices, and analysis
- Actively supporting the practice development by building and managing the relationships and interacting with stakeholders across various global teams
Educational Qualifications:
- MBAs, Economists, and Engineers from a leading educational institution
Prior Experience:
- Relevant experience (3-5 Years) in strategy gained through corporate roles, strategic consulting, and public-sector organizations
Ideal Candidate's Experience:
- Exposure to strategy/consulting frameworks
- Knowledge of infrastructure asset lifecycle is beneficial
- Strong market research skills requiring an understanding of underlying drivers of growth and factors influencing demand and supply, etc.
- Strong report and proposal writing skills; ability to effectively synthesize information, bring out the essence of a paragraph and build a clear storyline
- Strong secondary research skills. Familiarity with handling large datasets extracted from open sources, public agencies, databases, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Creativity in the pictorial representation of data, preparing decks for client presentations
- Data auditing for completeness and gaps; familiarity with data visualization and processing tools like Alteryx or Power BI will be an added advantage
