CTC: INR Upto  8 L/PA

The CSRBOX - Impact Academy- is a collaborative hub and knowledge resource centre for professionals in social and business sectors. The Academy works as a program curator for CSR and philanthropic leaders, sustainability heads, impact communicators, non-profits and impact investing professionals and grass-root field workers. The Academy is an evolving learning and knowledge management hub for impact-focused programs in India and overseas in alignment with SDGs.

- CSRBOX.org is Asia's largest CSR platform with in-depth CSR portfolio of over 1050 companies and 10000+ CSR projects. The platform works as a bridge between development sector, and business community, government agencies and academic institutes to bring together opportunities on one platform and create a knowledge base for thematic interventions. A few of our clients are Facebook, Google for non-profits, UNICEF India, WHO India, CIFF, NSDC, Tata Steel, D-Lab-ISB, YES Foundation, HCL Foundation, SPJIMR etc.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

The Consultant-Impact Academy is a key position to ideate, plan and execute various collaborations, knowledge partnerships, capacity building programs and meet-ups of social and business sector professionals. The incumbent will works with a few top minds in the areas of SDGs, sustainability, CSR, philanthropy, impact investing, M&E, social impact design, resource mobilization and community engagement in India.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

CSRBOX Impact Academy (85%) : 

- To map and gauge India's social impact ecosystem and accordingly understand sectoral capacity building demand and orientation

- To work with institutes of excellences, business leaders, CSR heads, philanthropic leaders and map requirement and interests for curating programs

- To plan, design and execute training programs, workshops, meet-ups and networking sessions for social impact professionals in India

- Host thematic innovation days and work with social enterprises and incubators to facilitate discussions in and around tech interventions

- Work closely with CSRBOX Impact Experience Centre Team to curate joint sessions and meet-ups

- To generate revenue stream and self-sustained programs in association with sectoral leaders and top grade institutes

- To invite social sector professionals in the academy and curate - Impact Talks-

- To work with sector and domain experts to design programs and deliver it through various channels

- Explore collaborations with non-profits, CSR foundations and philanthropic bodies for better delivery of programs

Others (15%) : 

- Share the insights effectively in team and client meetings and translate the insights into recommendations and plans

- Ensure delivery of projects deliverables on time and in exemplary quality

- Participate in building, structuring and developing knowledge internally at the organization level.

 - Curating annual coffee-table book of - Non-profit impacts- and - CSR Impacts- in India

Qualification and Experience : 

- Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline with an understanding of Social/Development sector in India. Functional understanding of CSR ecosystem in India

- 2- years of professional experience in social sector or functional knowledge of social sector in India. At least 1 year experience in development sector project management

- Excellent academic record with at least 60% in class 10th, 12th and Under Graduate.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Proficiency in making presentation and data analysis

- Ability to listen, interact, communicate and explain ideas clearly

- Effective written communications skills

- Familiarity with sustainability issues and sustainable development agenda

- Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently.

- Excellence in concept-note, project proposal and technical proposal preparation

- Capable of managing a versatile team of 7-10 members

- Basic understating of online platforms and a quick learner
