ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Using standard processes and templates as guidelines, job holder tailors the processes and templates as appropriate for his/her team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements, translates into functional design and use case models and develops project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a given large, strategic, multi-year program

- Provides guidance in development of the technical design, test plans user documentation. Leads implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation

- May oversee Business Systems Analyst, Business Analysis Consultant I, QA Manager I and Testing Specialist I and II, and operations users

- Gathers and analyzes information and develops recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas
