Post and advertise positions. Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Build external networks and relationships which will help in getting the right candidates Work collaboratively with hiring teams to determine appropriate and equitable offer terms. Extend both verbal and written offers, confirm finalized terms with candidates To own end to end recruitment life cycle- talent sourcing & hiring, coordination, salary negotiation, offer generation and successful onboarding Ensure seamless onboarding process for geographically distributed team members. Ensure updating of relevant databases. Maintain an effective HR filing system Keep track of employees' database with real time updation, Maintain employee Master Date. Manage all aspects of employee life-cycle. Drive process excellence in HR operations. Support in implementation of HRIS. Develop/improve systems and processes for effective management of Vendor HR functions for outsourced employees Coordinate exit process Accountable for metrics, reporting, and analytics for the talent acquisition function (time to fill, open requisitions, hiring trends, source of hire, etc) Implementing employee experience strategies; To provide support on HR aspects to the programmes as and when required
