- As a member of the Human Resources Department, the Consultant will be responsible for managing the HR Consulting Function by providing strategic HR consulting & advisory services and designing & roll-out of HR program initiatives for the Business Managers in order to support their People Agenda.
MBA certification with specialization in Human Resources from a good Management School
4-8 years of relevant work experience in a HR Consulting/Business Partnership capacity
Experience in managing cross-functional HR capabilities in a multi-national Banking & Financial Services captive organization
Demostrated values of personal integrity, humility, commitment, stability and hard work in prior assignments
Good and positive personality with excellent inter-personal communication skills
