We are looking for positions in Consulting for HR domain with a leading Consulting organisation at Delhi/ NCR/ Mumbai/ Bangalore
- 4-6 years of experience in Consulting in Human Capital domain from Big4 or Consulting organisation with Full time MBA from Tier1 or Tier 2 institutes
Role & Responsibilities :
- Role involves creating and implementing strategies to solve human resources, workforce and culture change related issues crucial to our clients' operational success.
- The individual gets an opportunity to work in the area of Human Capital and Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, Learning Strategy and Talent Development, Leadership Development, Change Management and business and growth strategy.
- Advising organizations in HR transformation, organizational design, job evaluation, leadership development, change management, workforce management, HR process design & end-to-end HR start-up support
- Created the change management strategy & change management plan HR functions
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work
