Consultant - HR Transformation - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is working on a large HR transformation project for a public sector bank in Mumbai. They are in the process of automating the performance management system and are looking for a consultant who would manage the functional HR and technology tool that will be utilized to automate the function.

Below summarizes the role :

- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying a project management framework for their effective delivery

- Support in developing tools to allocate roles and KRAs and preparing dashboards to map the actual performance of employees against their KRAs

- Present findings and recommendations internally and to the clients

- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to implement

- Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk, and issue management)

- Manage overall module while working with the rest of the team

- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management

Experience needed :

- 2 -10 years of experience

- Prior experience in the Human Resources domain

- Good communication & client management skills

- A degree from a top-tier university is mandatory

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 5-months contract. The selected consultant would be required to relocate to Mumbai for this project.
