Consultant - HR Transformation - Financial Firm

BNC is urgently hiring for Big4 for HR transformation role for Hyderabad location

1. Drive Connected Hub (global programs) initiatives related to HR transformation

a. Create necessary frameworks & one pagers for global programs (hiring process with SLAs, demand management process, demand request gathering process, demand approval matrix etc.)

b. Connect with internal stakeholders and client leadership to design and drive talent connect programs

c. Connect with partners (universities and vendors) to drive and conduct early talent programs

d. Conduct cornerstone (leadership connect) or diversity centric programs globally

2. Should support communications team on creating hub newsletters or leadership interviews

3. Identify the process improvements in HR related programs and create the transformation journeys

4. Support innovation team to conduct joint hackathons across global hubs

5. Possess the ability to discuss with internal procurement teams regarding staff positioning

6. Support leadership to drive strategic programs like band optimization, cost optimization, vendor consolidation etc.

7. Person should be with strategic mindset and possess experience on collaborating with global leadership will be crucial

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MBA with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
