Consultant - Government & Public Services - Cosulting Firm

- Company is looking for Consultants - IGH (Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare) vertical for Government and Public Services

- Contribute to project delivery as guided by Associate Directors/ Managers - in design, development and delivery of business advice / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives

- Independently lead modules in projects and guide Analysts and Associate Consultants in delivery

- High degree of curiosity and an ability to go-beyond the current/ immediate brief.

- High business awareness and general information of sectors/ solutions, focus on productive work i.e. getting it done.

- Attention to detail and ability structure arguments/ thoughts analytically.

- Ownership of every deliverable which goes out from the person

- Effectively engage clients in discussions related to project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights.

- Work towards specialisation in any one industrial sector or solution area and develop independent point of view in chosen area

- Network to build professional relationships within and outside the Firm

- To actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing, and storing.

- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firm's standards of code of conduct, ethics, and client satisfaction standards.

- Escalate solutions and not problems.

Additional Information :

- Technical skills to solve problems of clients and have a complete understanding of Company'S services, Team worker along with an ability to lead teams.

- Understanding of education and skill sector value chain, knowledge of regulatory and legal environment. Prior experience working in these sectors will be preferred

- Exposure to key stakeholders in education/skill development/ livelihood/social sector in India would be added advantage

- Well versed in business etiquette to create a good impression in public events, CXO interactions etc.

- Regular client interface with the ability to solve the problems to meet the needs of the clients

- The ability to grasp, understand the key issues in a case; business writing and presentation skills both oral and written to present persuasive options.

- Excellent communication skills, balance between strategic and operational focus with the ability to Multitask.

Required Qualifications :

Masters - Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)

Note: MBA is mandatory - preferably from a premium Institute
