Role Overview:

As a part of our growth journey, we are looking to expand our team across industries and functions. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand the network within CXO/Founder community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted BD strategy to expand our client base, leveraging market insights and commercial intelligence.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Lead the charge in acquiring new clients by pitching, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding clients, and managing end-to-end relationships.

- Client Retention & Growth: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Strategic Advisory: Identify key decision-makers within your client accounts, ensuring continued business by providing strategic advice on their evolving talent needs.

- Talent Solutions: Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies and solutions tailored to their specific technology requirements.

- Industry Networking & Market Intelligence: Continuously stay ahead of market trends and latest hiring practices by networking with senior stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

- We are looking for a professional (2 to 6 years' experience) with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our ambitious team.

- If you are a customer-centric professional with a bias for action and strong track record of success in academics (Tier 1 MBA), performing arts or sports (National/International) and want to be part of fast-growing executive search firm, we will be keen to have an interaction with you.
