Description :

The Consultant will specialize in Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment practise and will be required to have a focus on :

- Business Development and Key Account Management

- Responsible for generating new/repeat business

- Managing a spectrum of clients in Fortune-500, Large Indian enterprises and SMBs

- Adept in commercial qualification and market mapping to identify potential customers

- Liaison with CXO-level decision-makers to generate business

- Identify and build value proposition for strategic partners

- Own Revenue for pan-India operations in a specialized vertical

Profile :

- The ideal candidate would be having 4-10 years of overall experience and an Engineering Degree followed up with Sales Experience post an MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
