The Role :

This position requires strong Pharma Domain Knowledge and good familiarity with Prescriber, Patient and Claims datasets along with broad range of quantitative/analytical techniques to help clients improve their business decisions. Candidate will manage projects in areas such as patient analytics, Market Sizing etc. Individual should possess aptitude to understand business context, create insights from data and willingness to learn application of new statistical tools and techniques suitable for the project assigned.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand different Prescriber, Patient and Claims datasets and analyze them to answer questions related to therapy.

- Create insightful summary and deck to provide strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.

- Have day to day interactions with the clients' business unit and Onsite Team

- Lead RWE Analytics product development along with technology team.

- Explore and develop innovative methodologies which enhance efficacy of existing solutions to business problems.

- Developing innovative analytic products in diverse areas such as sales and marketing analytics, customer analytics, risk analytics etc. by taking complete responsibility of assigned modules.

Skills Required :

- Data experts with approximately 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in Pharma Domain.

- Hands-on experience with R, SAS or SQL is mandatory.

- Knowledge of Pharma datasets such as IQVIA, Truven, Optum, Xponent, Midas, DDD, EMR etc. is mandatory.

- Must possess good interpersonal skills along with excellent presentation and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to work with visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Spotfire etc. will be considered good to have skill-set.

- Ability to think out of the box, assess current processes and offer ideas for improvement.
