Consultants-Finance/Operations/Marketing/HR/Strategy for multi billion US $ Steel Organisation
The generic function would be Consultants with designation as Executive Assistant to Directors/Functional Heads.
The role described shall be as follows:
1 Trouble shooting in the respective areas of Finance/Operations/Marketing/HR /Strategy on projects.
2 Handhold the big four Consultants in the last phase of work and take responsibility for implementation of the action plans.
3 Assume ownership in some of the projects and then graduate to become the Leads in functional areas.
4 Be members of Cross functional teams for getting results.
Essentials:
1 Ideally Engineer and MBA (premier institutes only) having Consulting experience exhibiting the following characteristics:
- Demonstrated ability to work extended hours with executives and to coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments,effectively handle competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn organization's database, content management system, and other software as needed.
- Meticulous grammar, editing and writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment in making independent decisions with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
