Digital Marketing Consultant - Leading Financial Services Firm - Contractual Role

Our client, a leading financial services firm is seeking a digital marketing consultant to join their team.
As the marketing consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute brand activities and marketing plans for the financial services firm. This includes overseeing digital channels, refining brand strategy, generating consumer insights, monitoring key brand metrics, and driving impactful campaigns and activations. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand saliency and awareness through strategic digital campaigns and activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with annual plans.
- Foster consumer insights in collaboration with the media team to boost brand visibility.
- Curate engaging content and manage brand communications on social media platforms.
- Develop monthly/quarterly digital marketing strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Manage and enhance the company's website, staying current with digital trends.
- Monitor SEO and Google Analytics metrics, providing insightful reports.
- Prepare and oversee the digital marketing budget and cost of acquisition for digital leads.
- Generate captivating content for the company's LinkedIn account.
- Identify potential activities/events to enhance brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
- Oversee creative content for both digital and physical communication.
Additional Details:
- Role Location: The role is based in either Delhi/NCR or Mumbai (Lower Parel).
- Sector and Client: You will be part of the Brand Marketing and Communications function, working closely with various internal stakeholders such as Product, Sales (Retail & Direct), Strategy and digital, HR, Commercial, Legal, Cross Category, and MIS (Analytics team). Externally, you will collaborate with creative, digital, performance media, web & SEO, and BTL/ATL agencies.
- Reporting: The consultant will be an integral part of our dynamic team and will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
Your Background:
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in brand marketing and communications, with a focus on digital strategies.
- You hold an MBA in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector and agency exposure is advantageous.
- Your expertise encompasses various digital marketing channels, online tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO, and Google Analytics, and familiarity with web design and creatives are essential.
- A strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, you are a team player with excellent time-management and interpersonal abilities.
This opportunity will be on an initial 12-month contract. If everything works out, the client may offer a permanent position to the consultant within the first 3 to 4 months.
