- Develop a deep understanding of client business issues and design appropriate market research studies Leverage analytic techniques on primary and secondary data to guide client and company's team decision-making; Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach
- Lead project teams in the design and execution of analyses to test hypotheses and improve client commercial effectiveness
- Track and communicate the project status across checkpoints
- Summarize analyses or research output highlighting insights and communicate to clients and company's teams through oral and written presentations;
- Own end-to-end quality project delivery working in tandem with company's onshore teams
- Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings
- Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues
- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas
