Key Responsibilities

- To be responsible for developing, managing and delivering strategic consulting engagements for the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain.

- To provide global industry analysis, custom consulting, growth consulting (strategy consulting), market forecasts and insights into emerging technologies and monitor the concerned and connected markets.

- The Consultant will serve as the primary analyst on most projects, play a supporting research role and manage project teams of internal consultants/analysts. Sometimes the consultant will hold full responsibility for the leadership of consulting engagements, ensuring the integrity of strategic & tactical recommendations and the development of detailed business/market strategies. The Consultant can also at times be the definitive point of contact for clients and will be required to demonstrate expert market knowledge and develop strong business partnerships.

- Project Leadership - Manage project teams and ensure the delivery of major strategic consulting engagements from initial scoping discussions to completion. Confidently present and communicate project outcomes at C-level.

- Research and Strategic Evaluation - Develop market intellectual property and powerful, actionable strategic recommendations based on a profound understanding of the Client's markets/industry.

- Client Relationship Management

a) Author strategic market reports/presentations based upon focused industry research, whilst interpreting/analyzing key data and presenting accurate results at a senior level.

b) Fulfill consulting engagements as either a lead analyst or as a project manager as required by the specific engagement.

c) Develop client engagement skills by working closely with senior consulting team members of Frost & Sullivan.

d) Regular Client liasioning, client meetings to expand client base etc.

- Internal Development - Contribute to Frost & Sullivan's consulting offering, standards and processes.

- Industry Management

a) Moderate Growth workshops for clients.

b) Consistently meet client expectations on consulting fulfillment.

c) Incremental topline and bottom line value of projects.

- Domain Expertise

a) Act as an industry expert and advisory function.

b) Presenting in conferences/Knowledge Partnership.

c) Interaction with Industry Association.

- Industry Connect

a) Ongoing relationship with key Industry players.

b) Following up on developments of the selected key players in the Industry.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

The successful candidate will be a professional and committed business consultant, with a thorough understanding of consulting methodologies. Proven success with direct client interaction, custom research project fulfillment and a pro-active, methodical and innovative working practice is essential, with a proven ability to deliver accurate results within a fast paced, client focused environment.

- Previous consulting/lead analyst experience within a Consulting or Advisory business environment.

- Thorough understanding of market research/consulting methodologies, strategy development and marketing tools

- Knowledge and/or experience of the industry (an appreciation of the industry structure, operational practice, business functionalities and competitive landscape).

- Articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Should possess relevant experience of 1-4 years.

- Candidates from a consulting industry will be preferred. A relevant post graduate qualification (M.Tech, M.Sc, MS, MBA) preferably a Masters from USA, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland or European locations
