Compliance/Quality Support- Consultant
Main Technology: Success Factors Platform, SAP
Mandatory Skills (Must to have):
- Excellent knowledge of Compliance and QA activities, documentations
- Good Knowledge on GDPR & GxP
- Should be able to have basic IT skills
- Stakeholder management
Optional Skills (Nice to have):
- ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow), Agile - Knowledge & way of working
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily support to Line of Business
- Create/update project documentation like URS, ITRA, ITOM, URR, ITPSE, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating testing activities related to development of test cases and test reports for user acceptance testing
- Incident and problem management and reporting on regular basis
- Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements
- Change management including system upgrades, enhancements
- Implementation of GxP and Sarbox controls wherever applicable
- Vendor management
- ITIL knowledge would be of great advantage, for a good focus on the Incident & problem mgmt. processes.
- Agile skills (good to have)
- Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours (as this is North America Support)
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English
