Experience:

Specific experiences will include:

A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive management consulting or business experience (should be with an MNC or a leading Indian company). Minimum of two years of experience should be in natural resources industry

Should have overall exposure to at least 2 of the following areas -

Marketing Strategy development (B2B as well as B2C)

Channel strategy and channel effectiveness

Key account management / Customer relationship management

Pricing and Contracting

Market research and development of insights

If experience is in industry, the role should have involved significant exposure to senior management; Experience of having played a significant role in a successful internal improvement program is also a must

A full-time MBA from a Tier 1 B School is preferred.

Strong skills in use of tools such as MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.

This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior client executives in a range of environments

The individual should be comfortable owning and delivering individual sub-streams of an overall engagement.

The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom she/he will work

The individual should have strong intellect and ability to quickly coupled with proficient client management skills

The individual should have strong problem solving skills to deal with ambiguous

The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
