Contractual Role for 4-6 months with joining from 1st October.
- Consultant/ change manager with Org Change Management skill sets who can run the Change management aspects of a typical large transformation program.
Skills : Key people skills, communication skills, someone who can develop communication plans, change management artifacts, work closely with the program manager to run the change management activities.
Responsibilities :
- Could involve running workshops and training for senior stakeholders
- We need someone who has good right brain capabilities, has done organization change management and developed communication plans, implemented them and drove training and developed communication artifacts in the past, and work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience in the Technology sector and managing large changes/ transformation in this sector is essential
