Hiring on behalf of one of the TOP Management Consulting firm for the role of Change management.
Responsibilities:
- 7+ Years of organizational change management relevant experience
- Manage and lead Organizational change management programs for business transformation programs.
- Define, develop, and execute change strategies/plans as per the business requirements
- Facilitate leadership alignment workshops to clarify business transformation vision and scope, a case for change, and a program governance model.
- Prepare and manage the implementation of training strategies and plans (consist of delivery plan and methods, environments, tools, and scheduling)
- Define success metrics and measure performance against different change initiatives
- Support organizational design interventions and define roles and responsibilities
