Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual career coaching sessions to assess clients' current situation, skills, strengths, weaknesses, and long-term goals.

- Develop customized career plans and strategies aligned with clients' professional objectives.

- Guide clients through career transitions, including exploring new industries, roles, or leadership positions.

- Advise on upskilling, reskilling, or pursuing further education/training relevant to clients' desired career paths.

- Collaborate with clients to craft compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that showcase their experience, skills, and achievements.

- Provide feedback on existing professional branding materials to enhance visibility and appeal to potential employers.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, job market changes, and best practices in career coaching.

- Recommend resources and support further professional development initiatives for clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related field, specifically with working professionals.

- Strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g Psychology, Human Resources, Education) a plus.

- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in resume writing and LinkedIn profile optimization.

- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals.

- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive and resourceful with a strong commitment to continuous learning.

- Relevant certifications in career counseling or coaching are a plus.
