General professional experience - 5 - 10 years of overall experience, with hands on experience in driving transformative consulting projects with exposure to business process services industry would be preferred.

Experience in relevant department The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.

Education - minimum required CA/ ICWA/ Masters in business administration (MBA) with domain, industry and consulting experience.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide consulting support to solve business problems in new age economy/ digital domain for our global client's leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets. The role requires a strong consulting skills, digital domain expertise and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.

Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing, originating or delivering managed service opportunities. The Role requires creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients. Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects

Work proactively with Client stakeholders to refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces. Also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.

These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge. They identify best practices and client performance gaps, if any. Use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.

REPORTS TO: Transformation Program Manager

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding 'as is' business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyze/ capture client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops if necessary, perform fit gap analysis, carry out benchmarking studies, resolve complex requirements. IN ORDER TO develop diagnostic report, benchmark report, process documents, fit gap analysis documentation, requirements documents.

- Participate in client meetings, engage with Senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue, review the alternative options, approach along with the pros and cons including risks IN ORDER TO define and develop an optimal option for the customer. Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs.

- Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts IN ORDER TO increase our market credibility/ differentiation and ability to re-use the same

- Supports creation of domain specific knowledge in areas of expertise IN ORDER TO have a practitioner based approach

- Develop and articulate proof of concept for clients including strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution and also supervise transformation projects.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to comprehend technology, Quality frameworks; Process Knowledge; frameworks and approaches to drive end-to-end transformation, Proficiency in one or more of Transformation methodologies.

- Skills: Strong client Interfacing and relationship skills, Project mgmt. skills, ability to manage/ work in ambiguity, ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources, problem solving skills. Ability to identify and articulate the problem statements and convert them into valid hypothesis.

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
